Two days before the E3 2016 event kicks off at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Amazon posted The Legend of Zelda Wii U artwork on its Zelda page.
The latest artwork shows Link climbing up the cliff side with the sprawling landscape in the background. Although the image was already removed as of this time, the artwork has already been shared to several sites and seen by many people online. The Legend of Zelda Wii U will be showcased by Nintendo at the E3 2016 tomorrow together with four other titles for its Nintendo Treehouse: Live, and will be the only playable game on the E3 2016 show floor.
Another The Legend of Zelda Wii U artwork was released by Nintendo last week during the press release of the Miitomo x Legend of Zelda retweet event which will end today. See the concept art here in case you haven’t seen it yet.
Fans and journalists are now starting to arrive in Los Angeles for the E3 2016 event. A representative from Nintendo Enthusiast shared a picture of the Nintendo lanyard for the event which raised speculations that there might be truth about a female Link on the upcoming game after all.
The Link shown riding Epona in last week’s artwork looks feminine with the longer hair and softer features than the Link holding a bow and arrow. Below is an image of the intriguing Nintendo lanyard that will be distributed on the E3 2016 event.
Can you see the difference? We’ll know for sure when the E3 2016 event opens tomorrow!
